Soong Ching Ling Children Development Center(SCLCDC), which is subordinate to China Welfare Institution, engages in collecting information and doing research for the children between zero to sixteen. On the basis of running pilot and experimental projects, we do all kinds of experiments in preschool education and community education.

The SCLCDC is famous for its magazine "Preschool Education Information and Research" and its training courses for the preschool teachers. The SCLCDC always provides the services of science and research, information searching, training, curriculum designing, toy development, educational product, the methods for education, and communication with educators overseas.
