Zhu Yantao, female, born on Nov 3. 1955, Division Director of Criminal Investigation of Ministry of Public Security, is responsible for investigating national anti-trafficking and infringement in women and children.
　　 Zhu Yantao has worked for the Public Security for 28 years and worked for anti-trafficking in women and children for 11 years. She organized and participated in the national anti-trafficking for 4 times and rescued trafficked women and children in certain regions for more than 20 times; held anti-trafficking coordination meeting in national scale for 4 times; instructed and supervised over 400 anti-trafficking cases in provinces and autonomous regions where the cases had been taken frequently. From 2001 to 2003, National Public Security Institutes had cracked 20,360 cases of trafficking in women and children; captured 22,018 criminals; rescued 42,215 women and children; punctured the arrogance of the criminals severely.
　　 In recent years, anti-trafficking in China has linked together with the whole world and participated many cooperative projects with many international anti-trafficking institutes. Zhu makes full use of international resources and techniques, from 1999 she organized 150 projects cooperated by relative international institutes, obtained finance support nearly million dollars.
　　 She concerns about every policeman in basic unit and their families, concerns about their development. She keeps thinking about every anti-trafficked woman and child, worries about the parents who lost children, gives them finance support and care while she handles cases.
