Title of the Project:
Rebuilding project of Shanglang Primary School of Kaili, Guizhou Province

Project Site:
Village Shanglang is situated in Sankeshu town, Kanli City, about 800 kilometers from Gui Yang City, which is the provincial capital of Gui Zhou Province, an inland province of China.

Objectives of the Project:
The purpose of the project is to provide better and safety educational condition for local pupils, enhance local farmer’s cultural quality, and promote the development of local economic and culture.

Outline of the Project:
It is planned to improve the basic construction of school, such as classroom, office etc. The area of new educational building is 663 m2; it contains 9 classrooms, 3 offices. The new building can hold about 450 pupils.

Estimated population that would be benefited by the project:
The service area of this school contains three villages, include Shanglang, Jinming, and Jiuzai. The total population is about 4600. The number of primary school children from 7-12 years old is more than 420.

Expected Effects of the Project:
We can expect that the project will make it possible for more than 420 school children of village Shanglang and jinming go to school nearly and easily.
