Aid to single-class school in Jinzai county Anhui province
Introduction of the project:
Jinzai County situated in west of Anhui province, on the
north side of DaBie Mountain, at the joint part of Hubei,
Henan and Anhui provinces. Being in the extremely cold
mountain area, it is one of the most poverty county in
China. Vast in territory, high attitude, difficult and
inconvenience traffic, scattered inhabitants, all that
make it difficult to improve the educational condition.
All the primary or middle schools in Jinzai County are
small and far away from each other. For a lot of villages,
after built a complete primary school, they must build
3 to 4 single-class schools to satisfy the need of children
in remote region. Now the totally quantity of single-class
school in Jinzai is 148. Scattered in 27 towns, every
single-class has 5 to 6 students in one grade, almost
has 3 grades, and only has one teacher. All those single-class
school have no regular classroom, desks and chairs, no
office, no living quarters for staff, no electric light.
Implement of the project:

a single-class school or rebuilt a 20 square-meters classroom,
purchase desks and chairs and other necessary educational
equipment.
