The closing ceremony of 2004 Shanghai International Children’s Cultural and Art Festival will be held in Shanghai on July 28th, 2004. All participating children’s art troupe and professional children’s drama troupes will gather in ZhengDa Plaza to show exotic atmosphere and national essence.

The whole closing ceremony will be consist of sorts of activities: issuing awards, performance, learning Chinese culture and tasting Chinese delicious food, which will fully manifest the self-activation, interaction, participation and memorial characteristics of children from different countries.

Children from all over the world will be singing and dancing, talking with each other freely on the theme of “Earth, our common home”. This Children’s Cultural and Art Festival will come to a wonderful end accompanied with the smile, laugh and farewell emotion of different skin-color children.
