It will be the first time that the International children’s Cultural and Art Festival be held in Shanghai and overseas successively in 2004.Hungary International children’s Cultural and Art Festival will be held in Capital city Budapest and beautiful southern city Pecs during August 3rd to August 9th.

The festival is organized by Hungarian Soong Ching Ling Foundation, supported by Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation, the theme is peace, friendship and future the same in Shanghai. At that time, children from all over the world will gather in Hungary, give performance of music and dance.

The opening reception will be held in Budapest. The opening and closing ceremony will be held in Pecs. Besides the opening and closing ceremony, there will be exchange performance and all kinds of special performances. Related department of Hungarian government, municipal government of Budapest and Pecs and the Chinese embassy in Hungary pay attention to the festival and give a lot of support for it.
