Soong Ching Ling Children's Foundation of Canada, Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation and Nan Xi Middle School set up the award in An Hui province. It aims at encouraging the teachers to dedicate to the education in the mountain area and the students to study hard for their hometown's development.
