Today, we, chairmen of Soong Ching Ling Foundations from Canada, Australia, Italy, Philippines, Japan and China, are gathering here and discussing the very important issue” To work for the interests of the women and children all over the world, under the banner of Soong Ching Ling”.

Every delegate made excellent presentation at the forum. We exchange and share the experiences of every foundation in the work for women and children. Our practice indicates once more that the undertakings of women and children that Soong Ching Ling had been caring for and dedicating to in all her life, have wide-ranging international significance.

The existence conditions of women and children mirror the political and economical situation of certain country. The women and children should be always concerned by us. Nowadays, the growing trends towards world multi-polarization and economic globalization is developing continually. Science progress changes with each passing day.
